Here's what two patients said;
"I wasn't at all sure about an online consultation at first. After all - osteopathy is 'hands on' isn't it? And Paul's hands can find exactly where my problem is - even if i can't say where it really hurts! But - I twisted my knee - and it hurt - a lot! So I thought it was worth a try. Paul asked a number of questions, had a look at it (isn't it handy that computers have inbuilt cameras?) and gave me some exercises to do, as well as advice about using ice packs. It was handy that he could see the knee as he was able to see that I wasn't doing the exercises properly! A week on and it's still painful but is a whole lot better than it was - and I can even lie on my back without it hurting for at least 2 minutes - a week ago that was not possible!
Thank you Paul - and whoever invented the technology to make it possible".

"I was working in the garden and developed severe back pain. Because of lockdown I could not visit an osteopath.
After suffering 3 days of pain I discovered osteopathy4life . Paul Ashburner contacted me and conducted an online consultation. The session was extremely helpful and the diagnosis was spot on. Via e-mail Paul gave me a series of exercises to do complete with diagrams. By following Paul's advice and exercise plan I was out of pain within a week.
He kept in touch throughout . I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul's services".
