I came to the osteopath, for the first time, after I injured me neck playing volleyball. I had no idea what to expect and was definitely not expecting to find out how a previous injury, to my ankle, had caused my whole spine to adjust itself into an unnatural figure, which had been partly responsible for my neck injury. After my 2^nd trip, I had fellow team mates telling me I looked taller and that I was standing a lot straighter. I have also come to see an improvement in my overall performance and especially in my vertical jump. As a 17-year-old athlete I cannot recommend visiting osteopath4life highly enough to my teammates and other young adults.
